Lot 23 DP 815468 (No 8) Ocean Palms Close Wamberal

A Planning Proposal has been prepared which affects Lot 23 DP 815468, 8 Ocean Palms Close, Wamberal (PP/95/2016).

The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone part of the land from the current 7(c2) Conservation and Scenic Protection (Scenic Protection – Rural Small Holdings) under Interim Development Order No 122 - Gosford to R2 – Low Density Residential under Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014.

Central Coast Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under section 59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (making of the plan) that are delegated to it by instrument of delegation dated 26 July 2017, in relation to the planning proposal. In exercising the Minister’s functions under section 59, the Council must comply with the Department of Planning and Environment’s “A guide to preparing local environmental plans” and “A guide to preparing planning proposals”.

The Planning Proposal and other relevant supporting documentation will be exhibited between 7 December 2017 and 21 December 2017 at:

  • Gosford Office: 49 Mann Street, Gosford; and
  • On this site

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and will be accepted until 5.00pm on Thursday, 21 December 2017 by email (preferred) ask@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au; or post PO Box 21, Gosford NSW 2250.
