Planning Proposal and Draft Amendments to Gosford Development Control Plan 2013 in respect of land at Lisarow

A Planning Proposal and Draft Amendments to Gosford Development Control Plan 2013, have been prepared which affect part of Lot 2 DP 740663 (No 44), Taylor Road, Lisarow (PP 62/2014).

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the existing planning controls to enable a residential subdivision. This involves rezoning of land from 7(c2) Conservation and Scenic Protection (Rural Small Holdings) under Interim Development Order 122 to R2 Low Density Residential under Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014.

The amendment to Gosford Development Control Plan 2013 relates to amending the Lisarow character precinct boundary and restricting direct vehicular access to/from Taylor Road.

The Planning Proposal and Draft Amendments to Gosford Development Control Plan 2013 and other relevant supporting documentation will be exhibited until 28 September 2017 at:

Central Coast Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under section 59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (making of the plan) that are delegated to it by instrument of delegation dated 8 August 2017, in relation to the planning proposal.

Your attention is drawn to the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 which allows for possible access to certain public and personal documentation.
