Amendments to 2022-23 Fees and Charges

Amendments to 2022-23 Fees and Charges

This public exhibition has now closed

In accordance with the Resolution of Council on 28 June 2022 and sections 610F and 705 of the Local Government Act 1993, it was proposed to include a number of fees within Council’s 2022-23 Fees and Charges document.

The proposed amendments relate to Plumbing and Drainage Inspection Fees for sewer connections that were no longer included as part of the IPART determination for water and sewer fees and charges, and as a result were excluded in the draft Fees and Charges 2022-23.

Have your say

The proposed amendments were placed on exhibition for 28 days from 4 July 2022 to 1 August 2022 to allow for public consultation prior to being finalised and adopted by Council.

Submissions were to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr David Farmer by 5pm Monday 1 August 2022 via:
