Lease of community land at North Gosford

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease over part of Lot 1 DP 620402, 43 Algwen Road, North Gosford, to Axicom Pty Ltd for a period of five years.

Axicom Pty Ltd own the existing telecommunications tower adjacent to Springfield reservoir and are seeking a renewal of their lease to secure the tower’s tenure for a further five year term.

This licence will be exhibited online for 28 days, between 12 June 2020 and 9 July 2020.
