Lease of community land at various locations - November 2023

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of ten years:

• Lions Club of Gwandalan – Part of 2W Koowong Road, Gwandalan, Lot 12 DP 27722, Part of Lot 12 DP 27722, Part of Lot A DP 27853  
  Permitted Use: Carrying out of the lawful activities and objectives of the Lions Club of Gwandalan Inc including the raising of funds and community facilities therewith

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of five years:

• Budgewoi Scout Hall - Part of 48-52 Narambi Road, Buff Point, Lot 38 DP 849208
  Permitted use: Activities related to and incidental to scouting and the achievement of the objectives of the Scouts Association of Australia, including fundraising in support other Scouts Association, community-based activities.
• Ettalong Scout Hall – 3 Picnic Parade, Ettalong Beach, Lot 5 DP 831210
  Permitted use: Activities related to and incidental to scouting and the achievement of the objectives of the Scouts Association of Australia, including fundraising in support other Scouts Association, community-based activities.
• Impact4Life Church, Halekulani Annex Hall – Part of 107 Scenic Drive, Budgewoi, Lot 1 DP 385077
  Permitted use: For community assistance programmes and associated purposes
