Proposed Planning Agreement for 45 Mulloway Rd Chain Valley Bay

This public exhibition has now concluded.

Vivacity Pty Ltd has offered to enter into a Planning Agreement with Central Coast Council in relation to Planning Proposal RZ/3/2019.

The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the site from C3 Environmental Management to R2 Low Density Residential, RE2 Private Recreation and C2 Environmental Conservation.

The Planning Proposal was publicly exhibited from 6 December 2021 and 25 January 2022 and the outcome of the Planning Proposal public exhibition process will be considered by Council with the outcome of the public exhibition of this Planning Agreement.

The objective of the Planning Agreement is to require the provision of appropriate monetary contribution by a developer to the Council for the public purpose of funding the construction of, or improvements to, local infrastructure in the vicinity of the land.

It should be noted that a separate Agreement between developers and the  NSW State Government to fund appropriate upgrades to State Road infrastructure is currently being negotiated.
