As part of our commitment to continual improvement in our services delivered to you, we are inviting the community to provide feedback on Council's leisure centres & pools across the region.

Your information will help us gauge satisfaction, service quality and value for money. It offers strong, clear messages on what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

The last surveys were completed in 2020 and we’ve addressed much of the community feedback provided, including a range of facility upgrades, new and improved programs and services. The facilities we are seeking feedback on are:

What is the Central Coast Leisure Centres & Pools Satisfaction Survey?

This survey has been designed to find out what matters most to people on the Central Coast when it comes to leisure centres and pools. We would like to hear what our community would see for the future of the Central Coast recreational services.

Why are you doing this survey now?

Council is continually reviewing leisure centres & pools to meet the changing needs of the community, including what people are enjoying using, and what more they would like to see.

We’re engaging now so that Council’s strategic plans are guided by customer values and deliver the leisure centre & pools' service levels they would like to see into the future.
