This public exhibition has now concluded.

A Planning Proposal and draft Planning Agreements have been prepared which affect 2, 14, 24 Collingwood Drive and 107 Matcham Road, Matcham (Lot 2 DP 561283 and Lots 11, 12 & 13 DP 576336).

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the existing planning controls to enable each lot to be subdivided into two x one Hectare lots. This also involves rezoning the land from 7(a) Conservation and Scenic Protection (Conservation) under Interim Development Order No 122 to E4 Environmental Living under the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan when it comes into effect.

The draft Planning Agreements require the owners agree to pay money to Council for the purchase and/or embellishment of Coastal Open Space System (COSS) land.

The Planning Proposal and draft Planning Agreements and relevant supporting documentation was exhibited between 5 February 2020 and 3 March 2020 at:
