What's this survey about?

Every two years, Council runs a customer satisfaction survey to understand community experiences with our leisure centres, pools and recreation facilities.

This survey focuses on:

Your feedback helps inform Council’s operational planning and service improvements, it does not determine long‑term infrastructure decisions.

  • Current users and members
  • Casual visitors
  • Past users
  • People who don’t currently use Council leisure or pool facilities

Council's leisure and aquatic facilities, including:

  • Peninsula Leisure Centre
  • Lake Haven Recreation Centre
  • Niagara Park Stadium
  • Gosford Olympic Pool
  • Wyong Olympic Pool
  • Toukley Aquatic Centre
  • Grant McBride Ocean Baths, The Entrance

The survey does not cover:

  • Commercial pools
  • Private gyms
