Public exhibition now closed
The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the existing planning controls to rezone a portion of the subject land from MU1 Mixed Use and E1 Local Centre to R1 General Residential under the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022.
The subject site forms part of the existing Warnervale centre located north of Sparks Road. The proposal will provide additional housing in an established residential area. The proposed R1 General Residential zone provides flexibility in housing provision by permitting low and medium density residential development to provide the local community with a diversity of housing types. Commercial uses will be concentrated within the adjoining commercial zone fronting Nikko Road.
