What would you love to see?

Kids and families - we want your input!

The popular playspace at the Peninsula Recreation Precinct in Umina is ready for a refresh and we want to hear from you!

Tell us how you want to jump, climb, swing and slide in the renewed space. Whether you’re a local, a visitor, young or young-at-heart, your ideas will help us create a vibrant, inclusive and fun playspace for everyone.

What's happening?

  • We’re renewing the Umina playspace to better reflect what our community wants and needs.
  • This well-loved space is a hub for play, fitness and social connection and we want to make it even better.
  • Playspaces are more than just equipment, they’re multigenerational spaces that support active lifestyles and community wellbeing.

We will use your feedback to develop concept designs and bring them back to you for review.

Construction of the new playspace is planned for 2027.
