A report on the outcome of public exhibition is currently scheduled to be considered by the Environment and Planning Committee on 7 July 2026 and subsequently at the Council Meeting of 28 July 2026. The Business Paper for these meetings is subject to confirmation.

Once the Council Meeting Business Paper is confirmed, those that have made submissions will be contacted. This will occur several days prior to the Council Meeting.
